Team development, team transitions, team chemistry, leadership role, more on conflict. Both booklets are available at cpp.com. The FIRO-B Questionnaire is a pencil and paper test designed to measure expressed and wanted aspects of the dimensions of inclusion, control, and affection. 25 Ss took the test and also rated themselves on these dimensions. Rank order correlations were calculated between the six FIRO-B scores and the corresponding self-ratings. Surveys were developed using the FIRO-B instruments and sent to internal auditors from US corporations located in the western and southeastern sections of the USA. The results of the study show.

I have been using FIRO B since over 3 years now in various areas of team building, solving conflicts, communication styles...the list goes on. It is indeed a powerful tool if facilitated well. Incase anyone needs any info on FIRO b, do write in. I willl be glad to respond

• wat do they mean by a score range of 0-9?...how does that come?...
• what is da guttman scoring?..is it used in firo-b?

I have been using this Firo B test for the last many years and found very useful to interpret the interpersonal relation ship needs of the people. I have not come accross any matching test with such reliability and close validity so far to test interpersonal relations, except the one which Prof. Udai Pareek has developed. Thanks for posting such a nice topic.
