What is Asio for all Driver ?

If the device manufacturer does not provide an ASIO driver, then you can install a third-party ASIO driver, such as ASIO4ALL; however, a third-party driver may not support all of the device's features. If you are not able to obtain an ASIO driver, or if you are not using ASIO-compliant audio devices, then use the Audition 3.0 Windows Sound driver. Seems that ASIO in general (including ASIO4ALL) can't handle more than one program using one same output. Support for using ASIO with multiple programs at once. Previously, if you were using an ASIO driver (so that you have low latency), you could only use ASIO with one program at a time.

ASIO4ALL is a hardware independent low latency ASIO driver for WDM audio devices. It uses WDM Kernel-Streaming and sometimes even more sophisticated methods to achieve its objectives.

Asio4All is a sound driver, or in other words, it is the platform that FL Studio uses to produce sound from your computer. You either need this installed on your computer, or have an external audio card (sound driver) to run FL properly. Sound cards/drivers are not something to sweat over, but definitely something to become familiar with as you continue to work with audio.

Yes. Asio4All is great, but it hijacks your audio and doesn’t let you play other audio output. If you’re on a Mac, try Soundflower. For Windows, FL Asio is a good option.
